Hello faithful readers of my cake/sugar blog. I have decided to simplify my postings and stick with one page, instead of 2. It's getting to be a lot to post everything on both. I totally took a huge risk and applied for a contest on TLC with Cake Boss. If you don't know who Buddy is, you should! He is awesome and his cakes are exquisite. I am in awe of his talent and that of his staff. Anyway they are launching this new show for 10 contestants to compete and I am so hoping and praying that by some miracle I will get chosen. Aside from family, I have never wanted anything so bad in my entire life. It's not even because it's TV. I just want to learn and get better. I want to share what I have to give and put it out there that yes, someone can be as crazy about cake as I am!! Wish me luck, my application is in and I'm just.....waiting.....
